From high school sweethearts to authorities in the pool industry
Casey and Kelly Wilson, the proud owners of Icon Pools LLC, have a story that began on a school bus in middle school. What started as a childhood friendship grew into a lifelong partnership—both in life and in business.
Kelly comes from a family rooted in the pool industry, and her background naturally influenced Casey’s path. At just 16 years old, the two began cleaning HOA pools together, which soon expanded into residential pool maintenance. Their shared dedication to hard work and service laid the foundation for what would become their future business.
Both Casey and Kelly attended the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC), where Casey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Kelly completed her Associate’s degree. While in college, Casey launched his own pool company focused on HOA and residential pool management—setting the stage for what would grow into Icon Pools.
With nearly two decades of experience, Casey has worked in every facet of the pool industry: construction, renovations, repairs, retail sales and pool maintenance. His passion for both business and the pool industry continues to grow, and he actively seeks out opportunities to learn and evolve.
Outside of work, Casey and Kelly love spending time with their two boys, Carter and Cooper. Carter is an avid baseball player who enjoys fishing and teasing his younger brother, while Cooper is full of energy and enjoys gymnastics and anything outdoors.

Meet the experts at Icon
TONYA Chester
Director of Operations
Tonya is the Director of Operations at Icon Pools LLC and is in her sixth year here. She handles service scheduling, dispatch, and accounts management. Tonya has a passion for dogs and is a puppy raiser for Guide Dogs of America Tender Loving Canines. She is currently raising her 7th puppy who will one day be either a guide, assistance, or facility dog. She has been married to her husband Donny for 30 years and they have two sons as well as two dogs. She enjoys playing golf, spending time with her family, and taking care of her pool.
Ashley Padgett
Service Manager
Ashley is our Service Manager and has been with Icon for eight years. She is currently taking classes at MCC and in her free time enjoys hanging out with friends
Spencer Harris
Retail and Marketing Manager
This is Spencer’s second year working full time here, but he has worked as a summer retail associate since 2020. In his free time, he enjoys watching/coaching basketball and playing pickleball or volleyball
Corbin patterson
Construction Manager
Corbin has worked at Icon for two years, and is our Construction Manager. He enjoys riding dirt bikes with his kids and spending time with his family.
BRAXTON Schoenemann
Leak and Liner Specialist
Braxton is in his fourth year at Icon Pools LLC, works on the construction teams, and is our Leak and Liner Specialist. An interesting fact about Braxton is that he enjoys playing golf and fishing in his free time.
DAN Kendrick
Turf Specialist
Dan has worked for Icon Pools LLC for three years. He is our Turf specialist and also works on the construction crew. He enjoys spending his free time with his kids, working on projects around his house, and hanging out with his friends.
SAM Slater
Concrete Specialist
Sam is a Concrete Specialist as well as a Service Technician at Icon Pools LLC. He is starting his sixth season at Icon this summer. He is a fan of going to antique shops and just antiques in general. He enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews as well as the rest of his family. He also likes to practice Jiu Jitsu, play the drums, and watch horror and sci-fi movies.
AUSTIN Slater
Construction Crew
Austin is on the construction crew and has been with Icon for three years. He enjoys playing Xbox and hanging with his Cats and Dogs in his free time.
ALLISON Woltkamp
Lead Service Technician
Allison is in her third summer with Icon and one of our Pool Technicians. She enjoys gardening, doing projects around her house, and hanging with her cat in her free time.
Veronica Greer
Retail Associate
Veronica is starting her second season here at Icon. She is going to school part-time at Longview CC and enjoys spending time with her kid and pets, acting, or writing scripts.
Syd Renwick
Retail Associate
Syd has worked at Icon for 3 years, and also works as an adjunct professor at Avila University. He is the father to four kids, and has been married to his wife Sharon for 40 years. He also spent 30 years as a lifeguard/lifeguard trainer, and was a swimming and water polo coach
