What materials do you build pools out of?

-We build polymer wall vinyl liner pools and gunite shot plaster pools


How long does it take to build a pool?

-The total timeline is weather dependent, but a vinyl liner pool will take 4-8 weeks and a plaster pool will take 10-14 weeks


How much does a new pool build cost?

-There are a lot of factors that can change a pool cost including but not limited to shape, materials, equipment, and additional features. A vinyl liner pool starts at around $60,000 and a plaster pool starts at around $80,000


Can I design my own pool?

-Yes! We pride ourselves in helping craft the perfect pool for each customer instead of doing cookie cutter construction, so our design team has an in-depth process to make the perfect design alongside you before construction ever begins


What type of pool is best in the local climate?

-Vinyl liner and plaster pools are best in the Midwest climate, as they can stand the full spectrum of weather better and are easier to repair small issues without affecting the rest of the pool


Do you offer financing?

-Yes we do, as you go through the initial process feel free to ask more about how to get approved


Common Questions About our Residential Pool Service

How much does weekly service cost?

-Our service packages vary depending on the pool and frequency. Our packages start at $125/week for 1x/week and $185/week for 2x/week service


What is included in weekly cleaning service?

-We inspect and communicate water level and water chemistry, empty the skimmer and sweeper bags, complete an equipment inspection, net and brush the water and surfaces, vacuum leaves and loose debris as needed, and backwash the filter as needed


Do you open and close pools?

-Yes. Currently we open and close our weekly service customers or pools we opened/closed in 2025. Call now to check if there are slots available for the 2026 season 


Do you offer winter service?

-Yes. The service is $99/mo


Do you offer repairs?

-We are able to do repair work, with a priority given to current weekly service customers

What brand of hot tubs do you sell?

-We sell Caldera Spas which is manufactured by Watkins Wellness, a company with with 48 years of experience in the industry


What is the price range for your hot tubs?

-We have tubs ranging from $4,500 to $22,000. No matter your needs or budget, we can find the right hot tub for you!


How soon can I get my hot tub?

-For floor models we promise delivery within 2 weeks, for special orders they take 4-6 from the time of order


What makes your hot tubs unique?

-Caldera Spas places a deep emphasis on Comfort, Design, and Performance. They have deep seats, rich colors, and a reliable, energy-efficient performance


Do I need special electrical hookups?

-Yes. All Caldera hot tubs are 230V, with every purchase we provice pre-delivery instructions which include electrical needs and the correct breaker box for an electrician to install

What brand of chemicals do you carry?

-Our pool chemicals are primarily GLB brand and our hot tub chemicals are primarily Leisure Time brand


Do you offer free water testing?

-Yes, we offer free water testing in our retail store


What are your store hours?

-We are open 9-5 Monday-Friday and 9-2 on Saturday


Where are you located?

-We are located at 323 Commercial St, Belton, MO 60412

We are also building a location East of US-71 Hwy just off of 155th St and Frontage Rd


Do you offer online purchasing or in-store pickup?

-We are working on offering online purchasing and in-store pickup and plan to have it available by the 2026 pool season
