Our Owners

Casey and Kelly Wilson, the proud owners of Icon Pools LLC, have a story that began on a school bus in middle school. What started as a childhood friendship grew into a lifelong partnership—both in life and in business.

Kelly comes from a family rooted in the pool industry, and her background naturally influenced Casey’s path. At just 16 years old, the two began cleaning HOA pools together, which soon expanded into residential pool maintenance. Their shared dedication to hard work and service laid the foundation for what would become their future business.

Both Casey and Kelly attended the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC), where Casey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Kelly completed her Associate’s degree. While in college, Casey launched his own pool company focused on HOA and residential pool management—setting the stage for what would grow into Icon Pools.

With nearly two decades of experience, Casey has worked in every facet of the pool industry: construction, renovations, repairs, retail sales and pool maintenance. His passion for both business and the pool industry continues to grow, and he actively seeks out opportunities to learn and evolve.



Outside of work, Casey and Kelly love spending time with their two boys, Carter and Cooper. Carter is an avid baseball player who enjoys fishing and teasing his younger brother, while Cooper is full of energy and enjoys gymnastics and anything outdoors.
